Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Couplift handles information in the app, on the website and through support. Your relationship records are stored on your device. Purchases, website visits and support requests involve other data and services.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Who is responsible

Couplift is published by LGM SOLUCOES LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 61.525.054/0001-65. Contact: contato@couplift.com. Website: www.couplift.com.

This policy covers the Couplift app and www.couplift.com. Use contato@couplift.com for support and privacy requests.

Business address: ST SHCS CRS QD 516, nº 69, Bloco B PAVMTO1 — Asa Sul, Brasília/DF, CEP 70381-525, Brasil

2. Information on your device

The app does not require a user account. Names, questionnaire answers, pillar assessments, diary entries, pacts, plans, progress and preferences are stored locally to run the program.

Couplift does not offer server synchronization of these records or sharing between partners. Do not send intimate records or unnecessary information about other people to support.

Apple or Google may keep a copy through your device backup. Deleting app records does not delete older backups. Exported files must also be managed separately.

3. Purchases and restoration

Apple and Google process purchases through their respective stores. Couplift does not receive your full card details.

RevenueCat validates purchases and recognizes paid access. It processes an SDK-generated identifier, transaction records and technical information required by the integration, such as platform and operating-system version. The identifier does not contain your name but can be associated with purchase history; it is not treated as irreversibly anonymous.

Diary entries and questionnaire answers are not sent by the purchase integration. See RevenueCat information.

4. Website and support

When you visit the website, hosting infrastructure receives data needed to deliver and protect pages, such as your IP address, request time and browser information.

When you email us, you provide your email address and message. We use them to handle your request. Send only what is necessary, without passwords, full card numbers or intimate diary content.

5. Technical diagnostics and reminders

This version of the app does not integrate an automatic crash-reporting service. Technical information needed to validate purchases is handled by the purchase integration described above.

Program reminders are local notifications scheduled by your device. You can disable them in the app or operating-system settings.

6. Purposes and legal grounds

Purchase and support information is processed to perform our contractual relationship. Legal obligations and the exercise of legal rights may require retaining records. Technical protection may rely on legitimate interests, subject to individual rights. Where specific consent is required, it must be obtained and can be withdrawn.

7. Providers and international processing

Stores and RevenueCat handle purchase data. Support messages pass through our email service and visits through our hosting infrastructure. These providers may operate outside Brazil, including in the United States.

Contact our privacy channel about processing on our behalf. Requests concerning records controlled independently by the stores can also be addressed to Apple or Google.

8. Retention and deletion

Program records remain on your device until deleted. Use Settings → Delete my data and confirm. Export anything you wish to keep first, and manage device backups and exported files separately.

Support and operational records are retained as needed for their purpose and applicable legal obligations. We assess deletion requests, including with our processors, and explain any legal reason preventing deletion.

Deleting your diary does not cancel or refund a purchase. Restoring a purchase recovers paid access in the same store account, not the diary or progress. See Data deletion.

9. Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction and information about sharing, and, where applicable, portability, anonymization, restriction, deletion, objection or withdrawal of consent. Contact contato@couplift.com. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity.

For confirmation or access, Brazilian law provides for an immediate simplified response or a complete statement within 15 days. Other requests follow applicable deadlines. You can contact the ANPD, consumer-protection bodies or your competent local authority. Mandatory rights under other applicable laws remain protected.

10. Security and intended audience

Local records also depend on device security. Keep screen lock and system updates enabled. Anyone with access to your unlocked phone may be able to access the app.

The program concerns adult relationships and is not directed at children. The distribution store displays the applicable age rating. Guardians can contact us for deletion guidance.

11. Updates and contact

Changes to this policy will appear here with an updated date. Publishing a change does not replace any fresh consent required for a new purpose. Questions: contato@couplift.com.
