1. Delete records in the app
- Export anything you want to keep.
- Open Settings in Couplift.
- Tap Delete my data and read the confirmation.
- Confirm to remove program records held by the app.
This cannot be undone in Couplift. Deleting records does not cancel the purchase; access may be recognized by restoration in the same store account.

2. Uninstalling, backups and exports
Deleting the app removes local storage according to the system and option selected. On iOS, offloading while retaining documents is different from deleting the app and its data. On Android, also check the clear-storage option.
Older iCloud or Google backups and exported files may remain. Manage them in system settings or the service where you saved the export. Local deletion does not automatically remove those copies.
Couplift does not provide its own server restoration of the diary. Restoring a device backup can, however, bring back previously saved data.
3. Purchase data and providers
Apple and Google keep purchase records. RevenueCat handles information needed to validate access. Deleting diary records does not delete those records.
Request assessment of data handled by Couplift or its processors at contato@couplift.com. We will explain what can be removed and reasons for any retention. For data controlled independently by stores, use the privacy channels of Apple or Google.
4. Request deletion by email
Use the subject Data deletion — Couplift. Explain what you want deleted and, when relevant, the store and order reference. Do not send diary entries or identity documents before receiving specific guidance.
You may also request deletion of support messages or assessment of technical records related to your request. Identity checks will be limited to what is needed to handle the request securely.
